Refund Policy

1. Overview

WazzCRM ("we", "us", or "our") offers subscription-based access to our WhatsApp CRM platform at wazzcrm.online. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free plan with no credit card required, so you can fully evaluate WazzCRM before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use the free plan to assess whether WazzCRM meets your needs before upgrading.

3. Subscription Refunds

Due to the nature of digital SaaS products and the immediate access granted upon payment, we follow this refund schedule:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: You may request a full refund if you have not made significant use of the platform (fewer than 50 messages sent). Contact us at wazzcrm@gmail.com.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are not available for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.
  • Yearly plans: If you purchased a yearly plan and request a refund within 7 days of purchase without significant usage, we will refund you on a pro-rata basis for the unused months.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. There are no cancellation fees. After cancellation:

  • You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan after the billing period ends.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after downgrade, giving you time to export it.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the original payment date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial use of a billing period — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations (except yearly plans within 7 days as described above).
  • Failure to cancel before the automatic renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

6. Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same subscription period, please contact us immediately at wazzcrm@gmail.com with your payment receipt. We will investigate and process a full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
